Summer

ワードワイズでは、6月7日（土）に第二回目の会話ラウンジを開催いたします。

今回のテーマは「夏」！夏には色々なイベントがありますが、皆さんのお勧めは何ですか？
夏の予定や、思い出をみんなで楽しくお話しましょう！

私は夏といえば、バーベキュー！もう既にバーベキューを開放しているところもありますが、私はまだできていません。
すごく簡単でおいしい私のバーベキューのお勧めは、イギリス風、ラム肉とミントソースです！
ミントソースは、自分で育てているミントの葉を使っています。たくさん葉を取って、こまかく刻みます。そこへリンゴ酢をいれて混ぜ合わせるだけ！
ほんの少しの塩・こしょうでラム肉を焼いて、そこにミントソースをかけるだけです。
とっても簡単なので、是非お試しください♪

We are going to have our 2nd Conversation Group on June 7th (Sat) at WORDWISE.
This time the theme is “Summer.” We all participate in various kinds of events in Summer. What is your favorite one? Let’s talk about your good/bad memories!

A BBQ is one of my favorite summer things. I know that some parks have already opened for BBQs but I haven’t had a chance to have a BBQ yet.
I recommend something very simple and good, maybe English style of lamb with mint sauce!
I usually use mint from my garden and just chop it up and mix it with apple vinegar!
Cook the lamb with just a little salt and pepper and put some mint sauce on it. It’s very simple and easy, so please try it out!
